Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Guideline Healthcare for Family LLC, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and tailor appropriate treatment plans.
• Providing evidence-based outpatient therapy, utilizing individual and group modalities to promote mental wellness.
• Collaborating closely with medical staff and support teams to ensure cohesive care planning and improve treatment adherence.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.
• A current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• A comprehensive understanding of ethical practice as delineated by the NASW Code of Ethics.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
