Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Guideline Healthcare for Family LLC, your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and tailor appropriate treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based outpatient therapy, utilizing individual and group modalities to promote mental wellness.
- Collaborating closely with medical staff and support teams to ensure cohesive care planning and improve treatment adherence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.
- A current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
- A comprehensive understanding of ethical practice as delineated by the NASW Code of Ethics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and therapeutic skills essential for evaluating patients and developing tailored treatment plans.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will have:
- 1–3 years of direct clinical experience in a health or mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
