Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and thorough assessments of clients during scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical evaluations.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Engage with clients and their families to develop follow-up care and support mechanisms, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate case documentation, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Deliver psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions that empower clients and promote their well-being.
• Work alongside educational staff and families to enhance support for students facing mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves individuals coping with various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our clients often represent a cross-section of the community, including children, adolescents, and adults facing socio-economic challenges. Our approach emphasizes culturally competent care that respects the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our client base.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.
• An active and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting, particularly in community-based or clinical environments.
• Demonstrable skills in conflict management and resolution.
• Experience in conducting psychosocial assessments, including techniques for evaluating mental health conditions and crisis management.
