Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to assess patient needs and eliminate barriers to mental health treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Document all interactions and interventions in patients' medical records to ensure continuity of care and comply with departmental standards.
• Work closely with medical and support staff to coordinate care and enhance treatment compliance through comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and recommended treatment paths to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in social work and mental health.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks, including case-related statistics and reports, to uphold the clinic's standards and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Clear Sky Family & Marriage Counseling, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in assisting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and other psychosocial issues. Your expertise and compassionate approach will contribute significantly to restoring their well-being and ensuring they have the necessary support to thrive.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of the NASW Code of Ethics and professional standards of practice.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide array of psychosocial issues with a strong ethical framework.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting, particularly with populations that you will serve in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
