(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - MDstaffers is seeking a qualified Family Therapist in Mclean, VA. For more information, please apply or call (866) 90-STAFF. Job Description LMFT, LCSW, LPC needed in Mclean, VA. Be a part of a company that holds themselves to the highest standard in upholding the ethics of mental healthcare. Mclean is in close proximity to DC with plenty to explore on your off days. Details: • Permanent, full-time • Inpatient caseload, low acuity • 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. 2 Saturdays per month for group counselling (Monday's off when Saturdays work) • Patient volume: variable, 8 to 10 patients and associated families • Carry a caseload of families designated as the point of contact for the family. • Facilitate individual family and group therapies within the framework the counseling model • Facilitate new parent orientations • Coordinate Clinical Director program scheduling and coordinating services for the clinical program. • Attend weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision Benefits: • Competitive salary • Sign-on bonus may be available • Medical and dental benefits • 401k retirement plan • CME allowance • Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays Qualifications • LMFT, LCSW, LPC certified • Valid Virginia license • Experience in providing family therapy with adolescents and parents • Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, sociology, or psychology.
