Details: • Permanent, full-time • Inpatient caseload, low acuity • 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. 2 Saturdays per month for group counselling (Monday's off when Saturdays work) • Patient volume: variable, 8 to 10 patients and associated families • Carry a caseload of families designated as the point of contact for the family. • Facilitate individual family and group therapies within the framework the counseling model • Facilitate new parent orientations • Coordinate Clinical Director program scheduling and coordinating services for the clinical program. • Attend weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision Benefits: • Competitive salary • Sign-on bonus may be available • Medical and dental benefits • 401k retirement plan • CME allowance • Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays Qualifications • LMFT, LCSW, LPC certified • Valid Virginia license • Experience in providing family therapy with adolescents and parents • Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, sociology, or psychology.
