Crossroad Behavioral Health Services is proud to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our compassionate team in Surprise, Arizona. This full-time position allows you to work remotely, utilizing a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions to effectively support the mental and emotional health of individuals and families. Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive mental health services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conducting thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), based on the therapist's expertise.
• Facilitating group therapy dynamics to foster shared experiences among participants.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client documentation using electronic health record (EHR) software and ensuring compliance with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Actively participating in team meetings to collaborate on client care and strategize best practices for interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural backgrounds and life situations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. As an LMFT, you will engage with clients facing an array of challenges, such as relational conflicts, grief and loss, trauma, perinatal mental health, and LGBTQ+ issues. Your expertise in providing culturally competent services will be vital in addressing each client's unique circumstances and fostering an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage, and Family Studies, or a similarly relevant field from an accredited graduate school.
• An active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Arizona.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English with the ability to effectively provide bilingual psychotherapy services.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a history of working with diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to connect with clients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
• An understanding of and respect for the cultural and individual needs of each client and family.
• Competence in utilizing EHR software and Microsoft Office tools for record-keeping and communication.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Specialized training in therapeutic methods such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.
• A developed area of specialization, such as trauma intervention or grief counseling.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Flexibility to work evenings (at least two nights per week) and weekends (one day per weekend).

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus.
