Start With Stability Then Grow Fast
Most SLPA jobs advertise high per-visit rates, but your pay drops when clients cancel, schedules shift, or caseloads fluctuate.
At Dallas Reading & Language Services, you start with guaranteed, full-time pay and grow quickly as your skills and caseload expand.
From day one:
- Guaranteed 40 paid hours per week
- Paid while your caseload is being built
- No income loss from cancellations
- Predictable, consistent paycheck
Compensation & Growth Path:
Guaranteed Hourly Pay
- $16$24/hour, based on experience, licensure, and bilingual skills
- 40 hours/week guaranteed at the start, regardless of caseload size
Raises are tied to clear, observable milestones:
- Caseload development
- Clinical efficiency and independence
- Mastery of clinic workflows and documentation
- Reliability, initiative, and teamwork
Bonuses (On Top of Hourly Pay)
Once your caseload is established, you can earn:
- Per-visit productivity bonuses
- Office-task bonuses (supporting operations, efficiency, special projects)
- Team-based bonuses tied to overall clinic performance

Training & Mentorship
Youll receive:
- Structured onboarding
- Ongoing mentorship from experienced SLPs
- Exposure to evaluations, progress monitoring, and treatment planning
- Strong habits around documentation, workflow, and professionalism
What Youll Do
- Provide pediatric speech, language, and reading therapy under SLP supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist with evaluations, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with therapists, administrative staff, and families
- Contribute to a respectful, organized, team-based clinic culture
- Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology / Communication Sciences or related field
- Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
- Bilingual SpanishEnglish strongly preferred
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Availability: MondayFriday, 10:00 AM7:00 PM
