Compensation & Growth Path:
Guaranteed Hourly Pay

• $16$24/hour, based on experience, licensure, and bilingual skills
• 40 hours/week guaranteed at the start, regardless of caseload size

What Youll Do

• Provide pediatric speech, language, and reading therapy under SLP supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist with evaluations, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with therapists, administrative staff, and families
• Contribute to a respectful, organized, team-based clinic culture

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology / Communication Sciences or related field
• Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Bilingual SpanishEnglish strongly preferred
• Enjoys working with children and families
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Availability: MondayFriday, 10:00 AM7:00 PM
