Assistant or Associate Director of Marketing and Recruitment
Description
This position is responsible for the strategic vision and coordination of recruitment, marketing, and communications for the Graduate School. This includes but is not limited to recruitment plans, communication plans, and retention initiatives which will enable the Graduate School to meet enrollment objectives. This position will represent the Graduate School in enrollment related committees, activities, and recruitment initiatives both on and off campus as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum of one year work experience working with communication or marketing plans.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and supervise others.
- Basic computer skills for word processing, excel, recruitment management systems, and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of, respect for, and ability to engage in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Knowledge of, respect for, and ability to engage with people from other cultures and backgrounds.
- Experience managing a budget
- Valid driver's license.
